Conclusion of the merger between La Financière de l'échiquier and Primonial

Sygna assisted at the end of 2017 the founding shareholders of the assets management company La Financière de l'Echiquier (LFDE) in the merger project with the Primonial group which also specialises in asset management. The synergies developed during this merger prompted the two groups to accelerate the merger process and the sale of all of LFDE's capital to Primonial. Sygna advised LFDE's majority shareholders throughout this process, which was completed in March 2019.
