Aviation exports - The EU tights up requirements in the frame of Russian Sanctions

The EU's 12th sanctions package against Russia, introduced new re-exportation restrictions on goods potentially aiding the Russian military, including aviation assets: companies selling, supplying, transferring, or exporting certain goods such as technology, firearms, and ammunition to third country, must contractually prohibit their re-export to Russia or use in Russia as of March 20, 2024.

This necessitates the inclusion of a "No Russia Clause" in export-related contracts, covering sensitive goods like aviation equipment, jet fuel, firearms, and items listed in Regulation (EU) 833/2014's Common High Priority list.
