On April 15, 2019, Sygna completed the merger by way of absorption of a mutuelle by a union of mutuelles, governed by the provisions of Book 3 of the Code de la mutualité.
After having assisted the Sainte Marie Hospital Foundation in linking its health and medico-social activities to the VYV Care Group (created by the MGEN, Istya and Harmonie groups in 2017), Sygna now advises the VYV Care Group in its strategy to develop the supply of care in the Paris Region.
Sygna is increasing its expertise in assisting and bringing together players in the social and solidarity economy sector.
